I’m a proud LGBTQIA2S+ ally and a lover of games, which I use both personally and as a creative tool in therapy. I specialize in working with children (ages 5+), teens, and young adults as they navigate the complexities of life, identity, and emotional growth with confidence. Whether you're a teen exploring who you are, an LGBTQIA2S+ individual facing family or religious tension, or a parent supporting your child through a tough time, I offer a warm, affirming space where you don’t have to shrink or censor yourself.

Sessions with me start with connection and warmth, and often end with a greater sense of clarity, confidence, or even a bit of laughter. Therapy can be hard, but it doesn’t always have to be heavy.

In my office, you’re free to bring all of you. Your beliefs, your questions, your humor, and your pain. I strive to make therapy approachable, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs. My approach is flexible and collaborative, often drawing from CBT, Art Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Somatic Therapy, depending on what feels most helpful to you.
