Years spent advocating for and supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities taught me that every person deserves to be seen not for their challenges, but for their strengths, stories, and potential. As a mother, advocate, and counseling intern, that belief continues to guide the way I show up in the therapy room.

I work with children ages 2 and up, teens, and adults, with a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My training focuses on play therapy, narrative, somatic techniques, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches. I strive to create a warm and collaborative space where healing, resilience, and self-discovery can take root.
